Hi All
Became a tourist today and went to Galle fort for the day, half a hour bus ride away towards Colombo was very beautiful area around the Indian ocean remaindered me of home quiet abit on the coast...felt quiet lovely to be there. Will post photos.  Im very proud of myself working out the buses now and get one each day to my ride to work and back again..Buses go really fast and don't really stop for that long so have to be really quick only fallen into two men's laps and  play really loud Sri Lankan  music makes you feel apart of the daily life here.

I have done a few videos of the dogs  out in there carts, but I have a tablet that only works on apps so cant download any video program's ...so as I understand it, people can view my videos if they have downloaded acrobat reader. or by You Tube  link, for the YouTube channel. I'm not quiet sure how to post you tube link for you. Maybe someone can help with that for those who don't no like me...... 

OMG Im half way through my time at SOS and already thinking how am I going to say goodbye to so many doggies ..especially the disabled ones I work with everyday think there is about 50 of them...

 

News Flash
A good weeks progress of making friend's with top dog group of 500..80% friends with dogs on path way to toilet..YAY now takes me ages to get there and back patting everybody..
80% friends with dogs around washing line while hanging out washing ....takes me ages to do that as well...

Bottom dog group of 500 now walk through them all by myself to lunch and back again not as much barking to....and have acquired a guardian  angle of a three legged dog( there are many many of them here) he comes for a pat and we have many and he walks with me to lunch room and waits for me and walks me back to the gate and looks after me along the way...
Just lovely now to feel abit more accepted by the doggies and can enjoy them  and give something back along the way.

Shops are starting to  selling colourful flags and other celebration things for next Wednesday first full moon in May celebration of Buda's birth/enlightenment and passing away.

Present today after my shoes broke at work..They call them slippers here and in India and everyone wears them to work.So me to now...And they say they last forever......
